We are one of the well-renowned that offer confectionery products to a niche market. For our newly opened outlet store, we are looking for services of a "Guest Relation Officer" (Female). This is an exciting career opportunity for the females, responsible to provide First-class customer services and working in an energetic and challenge-oriented environment. The responsibilities include:
- Act as an ambassador of the outlet to ensure guest satisfaction in a proper manner
- Meet and Greet customers
- Ability to take orders, provide valuable suggestions, and discuss details with customers while placing an order
- Achieve performance standards in delivering consistent and quality customer service
- Investigate, reply and follow up on guests’ complaints and ensure all cases are handled promptly, accurately, and professionally
- Collect feedback and reflect customer needs and expectations
- Interacting with guests so as to build up and maintain a harmonious relationship
- Comply with all service requirements as well as guidelines and operating procedures.
- Support and assist in other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Self-initiative, excellent communication skills, and a strong sense of responsibility
- Service-oriented, pleasant personality and good interpersonal skills.
- Considerable knowledge of guest service principles, practices, and attitude
- Willing to work on shifts and during weekends and public holidays
- Good command of both written and spoken English & Urdu
