Possess a master degree in international development, project management, economics or anthropology from a recognized university.
Minimum 10 years of working experience at a senior level in a NGO/development agency/public sector.
Candidate having experience in working animal based projects or in the wider sphere of rural development will be preferred.
The position entails leadership of teams to establish strategic direction, resulting in budgeted plans and allocation of work with high performance.
She/he should have excellent managerial skills. The incumbent will deliver an effective programme impacting on working animals and regulate planning and performance of organizational business.
