· Brooke is an international animal welfare charity working to improve the lives of working horses, donkeys, mules and the people who depend on them. Our vision is of a world in which working horses, donkeys and mules are free from suffering and create lasting change by working with people, communities and organizations. Brooke Pakistan is a non-profit public limited (by guarantee) company established under section 42 of companies’ ordinance functioning in Punjab, Sindh & KP.

· We are now recruiting a Programme Manager to lead in the design and delivery of a strategic and cost-effective country programme impacting positively on the welfare of working equines. The job requires growing robust and innovative projects that contribute to the achievement of Brooke’s global goals in this strategic period and beyond.

Qualification, Knowledge, Experience and Skills

· The candidate should hold a master degree in Humanities preferably in development from a recognized university. You will have 8 to 10 years work experience of programming at a senior level with insight into project based grass root participatory approaches. The position entails leadership of high performing teams to improve the welfare of working equines.

Familiar with social mobilization approaches
Compassionate about animal and human welfare
Good written and spoken English.
