Making calls and maintaining a good pitch consistently with passion
Track your contact list provided by the company
Stay on top of your pipeline and follow up with customers
Keep track of the customers who no longer want to be contacted
Responsible for converting closed leads to a potential lead
Develop sales opportunities via cold call
Update/fix contact records in CRM with useful information attained to insure correct information
Consistently meet or exceed sales metrics set by sales leaders and managers
Analyze and investigate product complaints or reported quality issues to ensure resolution in accordance with company guidelines and external regulator
