Implement standards in Recruitment Operations partnering internal and external stakeholders, while ensuring compliance with local regulations and delivering excellence in joining process of new joiners.
Prove seamless HR operational support services to the employees during their stay and exit from the company particularly but not limited to, up-to-date employee personal record, policy awareness, probations and confirmations, grievance handling, attendance and leave management and out processing formalities during the separation of the employee from the company.
Manages and resolves complex Employee Relation/ Discipline Issues and conducts effective, thoroughly and objective investigations.
Administrate HRIS timely and effectively to maintain quality HR database and to Utilize HR analytics to determine priorities, identify issues with existing HR services, opportunities to enhance HR services, as well as adoption of best practices in entire HR Department.
Assist Manager in providing solutions related to process standardizations, simplification and automation to support the specific HR objectives and Ensuring the activities performed by HR Operations and Service Delivery team are calendarised and scheduled appropriately to ensure timely delivery to internal partners.
