A large food company manufacturing clean drinking water, cooked and raw food, bakery and sweets is looking for the following personnel to be based in Lahore.
1. HR Generalist
We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to assist in the daily routine activities of the HR Department. Applicant must be experienced in Recruitment, HR Processes, Compensation & Benefits and Payroll. Should also have expertise in Blue Collar recruitment and their management. Excellent Communication skills along with time management are an essential part of the role.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide Clerical and Administrative support to the department.
2. Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
3. Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievance, performance evaluation etc.
4. Coordinate HR Projects (meetings, training, surveys etc)
5. Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, onus, leaves etc)
6. Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
Skills:
1. Proven experience as HR Assistant.
2. PC Literacy
3. Knowledge of Labor Laws
4. Excellent organizational and communication skills
