Position Duties

Must-Have knowledge and experience in handling callas and clints queries, as your main job will be taking calls and providing information as required.
Addressing visitor's questions and providing an overall welcoming environment.
Any other task assigned by competent authority.
Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately.
Notifies company personnel of visitors arrival.
Give complete information to clients about product.
Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
Inform visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
