POSITION SUMMARY:

Sales and Support engineer will take a front line role to introduce our services to clients. Sales and Support engineer is responsible for consistently delivering differentiated and personalized customer experiences by executing various customer management techniques and a maniacal focus on client satisfaction.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES AND TASKS

To respond to customer inquiries via email and phone providing information and closing orders.
To promote various bio medical equipments in diffrent hospitals
To visit diffrent customers on daily basis for order generation and support
To look after the repair and priodic maintranance of various bio medical equipments
To help in achieving company wide objective, while ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
To prepare Tender/ Quotation for customers.
to conduct a servey of diffrent hospitails
To maintain a list of customer feedback for over all service improvement and ensuring customer satisfaction.
To manages time and company resources appropriately.
To performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
