The Ice Mall is looking for a competent Consultant Sales who can sell ‘THE ICE MALL’ project by using his/her contacts and develop a healthy relationship with the clients by providing them informative guidance on a secure and profitable investment and suggesting them the best available plans according to their requirements.
Responsibilities:
1. Selling products and services using a persuasive and convincing tone to potential clients.
2. Performing cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers.
3. Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future Sales.
4. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
5. Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
6. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
7. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
8. Collaborate with team members to achieve set targets.
9. Gather feedback from clients or prospects and share it with the internal team.
10. Should have knowledge of Real Estate industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
11. Maintains quality service by establishing and implementing organizational standards.
12. Should be a team player and make collaborative efforts.
Compensation:
