The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE) was founded in 1992 in Silicon Valley by a group of successful entrepreneurs, corporate executives, and senior professionals with roots in the Indus region. There are currently more than 13,000 members and over 2,500 charter members in 63 chapters across 17 countries. TiE’s mission is to foster entrepreneurship globally through mentoring, networking, and education. Dedicated to the virtuous cycle of wealth creation and giving back to the community, TiE’s focus is to generate and nurture our next generation of entrepreneurs. This global power house has helped to start hundreds of companies and generated over 200 billion dollars in Venture Capital, a figure that even surpasses the GDP of some countries.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare daily branch business reports (Financial & Non Financial)
- Prepare and maintain record keeping (assest log book, files, vouchers, expenses, bank affairs matters etc.)
- Execute the Banking and payments process
- Branch accounts maintenance
- Maintaining HR files/ record
- All Logs maintenance
- Properly manage office decorum
- Assist the Site Manager in Site administration
- Prepare Bank Receipt Vouchers
- Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements and revenue reports
- To prepare & send Salary Slips on monthly basis according to the salary transferred
- Enter sales invoices in accounting software
- Prepare, entry & filing of credit notes of extra discounts & Sales return
- Prepare necessary credit and debit notes
- Prepare Account reconciliation with customers and distributors
- Maintain proper records & files
- Visit bank for various official purposes as and when needed to support day to day functional activities
- Any further tasks assigned by the Manager Accounts
