1. Business / Operating Results

Maintaining close liaison with Business Department for identification of training needs
Conducting timely research of the financial industry (Best market practices, trends & latest banking regulations etc.)
Working on special Projects on need basis (Islamic Banking etc.)
Arranging focus group meetings with external trainers & Industry experts
Preparing customized trainings according to banks' needs
Determine operational compliance with regulations or standards
Reviewing training material provided by the trainers and suggesting improvment etc.
Developing assesmensts/tests as and when required
Developing monthly/quarterly training calender and training contents
Ensure effective execution of trainings
Preparation of Training Flyers with the help of publications department

2. Customer Satisfaction

Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customized training solutions
Customer needs assessment to meet quality standards
Coordinate with SBP, SECP, FMU and Banking Mohtasib for feedback on trainings
Coordinate with academics, business, publications and IT departments
