UI / UX Designer

We are looking for 0-3 years experienced UI/UX Designers, who are keen to grow in their ability and knowledge.
Fresh graduates who have a passion for their career and are hard workers are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

Transform complex problems into elegant experiences
Conducting usability testing
Creating wireframes, storyboards, sitemaps and screen flows
Creating product prototypes
Developing personas and usage scenarios
Analysing user feedback and activity, and iterating to enhance the user experience
Assisting with content development
Conducting competitor and customer analysis
Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability)
Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers
Coordinate with the team on issues like navigation, page routing, product page design and more

Qualifications:

Experience as a user interface designer in designing mobile and responsive web applications
Ability to translate conceptual ideas into compelling customer experiences
Translate business requirements, market research and user needs into wireframes, visual mockups, information architecture diagrams, and prototypes
Strong prototyping skills demonstrated through various techniques: sketch, paper, wireframe, video, or interactive prototypes
Deep understanding of human interface design guidelines, Android design and other mobile platform designs, including Google’s material design, and mobile-first concept
Ability to absorb user and stakeholder feedback and accurately translate that feedback into strong designs
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
Excellent communication skills
