We are looking for the services of “Principal” for The Lahore Lyceum Shalimar Campus. The School is a private, purpose built campus designed individually for boys and girls. The school offers education starting from Play Group education to O Levels and Matric.
Key Responsibilities;• Shaping a vision of academic success for all students• Creating a climate hospitable to education• Cultivating leadership in others• A Profile in Leadership• Managing people, data and processes• Improving School Leadership• Must have experience of at least three years on same level• Able to hire quality human resource• Training of teachers and staff• Good teaching and communication skills• Able to handle difficult situations with regards to teachers, students and parents• Syllabus making, lesson planning, test papers preparation• Supervision of fee collection and dues recovery• Overall responsibility to manage and administer the school• To provide vision and leadership for the school to deliver outstanding outcomes for young people and their families • To ensure that the school complies with all relevant legislation, guidance, regulatory requirements and quality standards• Must have experience of at least three years on same level• Able to hire quality human resource• Training of teachers and staff• Good teaching and communication skills• Able to handle difficult situations with regards to teachers, students and parents• Syllabus making, lesson planning, test papers preparation• Supervision of fee collection and dues recovery• Overall responsibility to manage and administrator the school• To ensure excellent student experience of education, care, and therapy which enriches lives and realizes potential• To manage the financial performance of the school in order to meet agreed targets• To provide professional and operational leadership to all staff, ensuring their continued development• To promote and safeguard the welfare of children and young people.مہارتیں
