We are an emerging US-based marketing agency offering marketing services to local businesses in the USA. We are looking for a proactive Remote Marketing Manager with a solid understanding of local SEO, knowledge of other digital marketing areas, and client communication experience.

Your role in our organization

We have a Lead Generation Specialist that generates leads, and a Sales Representative who converts those leads into clients. Your role as the Marketing Manager would be to take it from there and ensure we deliver what we promised. You are all encouraged to communicate with each other to improve this process, and you report to the company's founder, who provides you with help and oversees the day-to-day operation of the company. 

Role Overview

You will onboard our clients and maintain contact with them to ensure their satisfaction and the delivery of our services. You will set up and maintain their Google Business Profiles, improve their local SEO, and handle their other marketing needs.

Ideally, we would like you to provide services in other marketing areas as well (social media management, paid ads, SEM), but you can also pass the work to our internal experts or external freelancers and ensure its timely and accurate delivery. Additionally, you will gather requirements for website design for our clients and work with our website developer to provide the clients with websites that meet their needs.

In summary, this role is for someone with good client communication skills and experience in local SEO who can deliver services to clients independently or with the help of others. You need to be generally well-versed in digital marketing so that you can recommend what and how to do for our clients and either do it yourself or delegate work to the experts and be able to oversee that it is done correctly and on time.


  1. Take ownership of client communication and delivery of our marketing services.

  2. Provide local SEO services, including Google Business Profile.

  3. Gather requirements for website design and coordinate the website creation process with the website developer.

  4. Provide other marketing services or delegate this work to others and oversee it.

  5. Be proactive in identifying potential issues and agile in developing solutions to mitigate risks.


  1. At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

  2. A positive, can-do attitude.

  3. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

  4. Ability to meet with clients during business hours (mainly in Texas, USA).

  5. A bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is preferred.
