We are looking for Project Coordinator who will be in charge of assisting our Project Managers in organizing our ongoing projects.
Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules and work hours.
Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings.
Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
Preparing material for meetings
Work closely with the software team
Ensuring project deadlines are met.
Determine project changes.
Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
Providing administrative support as needed.
Project Coordinator Requirements:
Good verbal, written and presentation skills
Experience using computers for a variety of tasks
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel & Power Point
Knowledge file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures
