Ø Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality products.
Ø Confer with management to develop methods and procedures to increase sales, expand markets, and promote business.
Ø Handle customers' complaints and provide solutions.
Ø Coordinate with Head Office, Production & Supply Chain for operational matters.
Ø Achieve monthly/quarterly/annually targets for all Retail Outlets.
Ø Estimate clients demand and determine the types and quantity of products to be sold.
Ø Assign tasks to showroom staff and monitor their activities. - Evaluate the performance of showroom on the basis of assigned targets.
Ø Bridge gaps among activities of Production, Supply Chain Management, Sales and Design departments.
Ø Retain existing customers and develop new customer base.
Oversee section wise Dashboards.
Ø Analyzes, identifies & suggests areas of improvement to Management based on Customer Industry Analysis
Ø Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements
Ø Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Ø Work in close collaboration with administration to cater the requirements of showroom administration.
