· Candidate should have good spoken and writing skills in both English and Urdu
· Having teaching experience of 5-6 years and management experience of 2-3 years. Only
teaching experience of a reputed institute is also acceptable.
· Should have full grip on all functional areas of a school
· Candidate will be responsible for the following tasks
o Maintaining day to day discipline of the school
o Development of curriculum
o Managing course coverage and ensuring timely completion of all courses
o Conducting different workshops and training for the training and development of all
staff members.
o Getting weekly/monthly planning registers ready from the teachers
o Rechecking of class works, home works, test papers, mid-terms and final terms exams
papers
o Introducing modern teaching techniques and courses
o Develop spoken skills of teachers and students
o Arranging different extra-curricular activities such as debating competitions, quizzes, fun
fair, sports day and trips.
