At The Property Marketing, we are looking for experienced and energetic, self-starter resource that is highly motivated enjoys working in a target driven environment and has experience in property sales. The role is Faisalabad based with full administrative and marketing support provided by company.

The applicant will be involved in selling project property units, paying client visitations, giving demonstrations, carrying out Market visits, and closing deals.

He (or she) will be responsible for effectively communicating sales offers, following up with clients for deals maturation/healthy relationship management (and keeping them updated on their chosen property concerns), renegotiating property prices with buyers where needed, and defining project KPIs to expedite individual and team performance levels.

The Property Marketing offers a complete portfolio of real estate services, including sales of commercial and residential property, investment sales and acquisitions, project sales, marketing and property consultancy. The Property Marketing also advises individuals and corporate on growth strategies and real estate investment opportunities in current and new markets.

Key Requirements:

·         Create and execute a Sales plan for the growth of the Company projects  

·         Generate sales lead, build pipeline, and convert prospects to sales numbers.

·         Manage, train and develop Sales team.

·         Develop and grow various business sectors for subscriptions and sales.

·         Actively seek out new sales opportunities through various channels, business groups and social media.

·         Meet monthly, quarterly & annual sales target.

·         Manage customer accounts and build a strong and healthy relationship with them.

·         Market research, competition analysis and follow market trends.

·         Staying up-to-date with new products/services of the industry.

·         Responding to Client questions on contracts, negotiations, strategies, and goal planning.

·         Documentation for each real estate transaction.

·         Good knowledge of MS Office.

·         Work under pressure and target / result oriented.
