Job Responsibilities

Assist customers on-site and over the phone with issues such as: account creation, password reset, video footage retrieval, and remote viewing software setup on end users laptops, personal computers and mobile devices.
Maintain low wait times while focusing on first call resolution.
Answer questions customers may have about our system and services.
Ensure electronic records are created and updated for all customer communications.
Warm transfer inbound calls to appropriate Account Specialist or Department when warranted.
To Possess, acquire and maintain the technical/professional expertise required to do the job effectively by participating in scheduled training sessions and by means of principal’s website, product datasheets, manuals and contact with principal technical support
Conduct on-site surveys and design BOQ for potential customers when needed
Participate and when Eligible, Conduct in-house Trainings/Presentation sessions on new product features and comparisons for market placement
To indulge in fault finding, repairing, servicing, new installations and routine maintenance.
Computer systems hardware, software, operating systems configuration and troubleshooting.

Job/Person Specification

Ideal Candidate should be Minimum Intermediate, DAE and Bachelor degree holders will be preferred.
Sets high standards of performance for self; assuming responsibility and accountability for successfully completing assignments or tasks; self-imposing standards of excellence rather than having standards imposed.
Stay abreast with latest job related trends.

Skills

Experience with Windows Operating System Installation, HDD Partitioning etc., remote access tools and/or support of mobile devices
Basic networking skills (LAN, Wi-Fi Routers, Access Points, etc.)
MS Office, Team-viewer, Email/Communication etiquettes
Bilingual oral and written communication desired.
