TRL HR Consultants is currently looking for “Recruitment Executive / Recruitment Consultants” for one of our clients based in Lahore.

No. of Positions: 6
It’s a permanent job.
(Follow the UK time zone) Shift timings starts from 2pm till 11pm.
Monday to Friday, Sat & Sun are off days.
No Gender preference.

Education:

Intermediate/Bachelors

Experience:

1-2 years (Candidates those have in/outbound international call center experience with excellent communication skills are also eligible)

Salary Range:

35-80K+ commission (commission amount would vary)
Candidate will be involved in resourcing suitable candidates, as per the client requirement
Calling and Initial interviewing them and book them for final assessment with client
Negotiate with candidate and offer him/her a job role
Recruitment Executive will be sourcing candidates from UK Market

Requirements:

Strong English speaking, listening, and writing skills
Basic skill of computer use
