Own all functions, services, and technologies related to unified communications, data networks, cloud services, servers (physical/virtual), perimeter security, and backups
Define and manage IT Disaster Recovery Strategy for organization
Test server performance plus provide network presentation statistics
Provide support, training, and mentorship to infrastructure and network personnel to reduce technological gaps within the department
Design, maintain, monitor, and support the compute, storage, perimeter security, Active Directory, data center, and data backup systems throughout the group
Provide setup, administration, and support of all network and communications systems such as Local Area Networks, Internet connections and security, Cisco products, VPN, wireless technologies, etc.
Manage and continually improve all operational procedures
