Oversee and direct construction projects from design conception until completion.

Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
Review all design layout drawings at key stages of design and development to ensure compliance with authorities and company requirements.
Review the work progress on daily basis and negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain necessary permits and licenses.
Submits strategic plans to Senior Management for approval and implements such plans through daily tactical decision making.
Controls capital and expense budgets related to leases, building construction and operations, employee moves, furniture deployment, capital item replacement, business unit initiatives and overall portfolio optimization.
May also inspect buildings for renovation, repair, and code compliance needs
Establishes budgets and payments, construction quality and schedules
Candidates with University and/or Construction, Design and Development Framework experience will be given preference
