Key Function includes;

Responsible for keeping record of fuel received from Maple Leaf (via email or otherwise) and accordingly reconcile it with outstanding as well as consumed amounts.

Responsible for withdrawal/collection of cash from designated Fuel pumps and keeping it in safe custody for use in routine transportation expenses.

Responsible for keeping appropriate safe insurance intact where cash has to be kept.

Disbursement of Trip expenses in advance after reviewing its respective authorization, accuracy and completeness.

Responsible for Clearance/closure of all Trip advances against receipt of actual expenses with supporting documents duly verified by Transport Supervisor.

Cross-checking trip Expenses with approved budget limits and immediately taking up variances with Transport supervisor, Project Head and Finance department. (i.e, extra fueling expense of vehicles or trip expenses exceeding the set target)

Responsible for preparation of cash Flow Position/reconciliation on daily basis (i.e., Amount received from fuel Pump, amount disbursed against advance expenses, balance in hand) and reporting to head office finance department.

Skills & Qualification

Having good knowledge and proven experience of cashier cum accountant matters
Honest and trust worthy.
Able to learn and operate through co. software (Climax)
Able to deal with drivers and vendors for receipt/payments matters
Qualification must be b.com or above with minimum 4-5 year relevant experience.
