Key Accounts Manager - Warehousing Sales

Primary Responsibilities

To maximize revenue of each assigned customer, while ensuring that agreed revenue targets are achieved each month.
To act as key interface between the customer and all related divisions of the company
To ensure compliance with customer’s agreed SLAs in all service areas
Maintenance of service contracts with customers including initial contract definition, which will contain the list of services, deliverables, performance targets (KPIs), liabilities, etc.
Reporting of performance on regular basis for ongoing business (as per agreed reporting formats and timelines)
Ensuring timely invoicing to the customer
Ensuring timely recovery from the customer

Ability to take ownership and responsibility
