Supervision/Management of all the operations matters of the customers
Managing the drivers and effectively utilizing the fleet vehicles
Ensuring processes and SOPs are being followed at all times.
Developing processes and solving operational problems using creative and innovative ideas
Arranging trucks as per the requirement of customers from dedicated and non-dedicated fleet.
Ensuring customer KPIs are met at all times
Preparing and submitting management reports to monitor success of the project
Ensuring compliance to HSE policies at all times.
Ensuring proper maintenance of fleet vehicles
Managing the operations team for assigned projects
Staff Development arrangements (driver Training session, Staff skill development)
Liaising with buying team and Key account manager to ensure service delivery to customers
