Primary Responsibilities

Design and implementation of processes to ensure successful delivery of logistics services (warehousing and transportation) at the target performance levels and within budgeted costs. Design will include
Definition of workflows (SOPs),
HR structure,
Job descriptions
Checklists, forms etc.

o Reports to monitor performance

Assess existing processes to identify opportunities for productivity improvement and/or cost reduction.
Troubleshoot issues, inefficiencies and challenges in existing processes and find optimum solutions.
Ensure processes comply with HSE standards.
Perform financial costing for implementation of new/modified processes, including capital and operational costs.
Ensure all processes are designed in a cost-effective manner.

Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from reputable university
5 years’ experience in operations in a related field.
Experience working with CAD and AutoCAD.
