The mission of designing this Management Program is to prepare tomorrow's future skilled persons by providing them with challenging roles that prepare them.
The program comprises of rotation within the department and across functions in a continuous learning environment.

The rigorous process to hire for management Trainee program includes interviews, tests and hands-on experience.
As a trainee, you will get customized training as per your development needs, along with a mentor program to ensure you learn from a market-oriented, certified trainer.
Training Program Duration would be 6 Months.
All candidates will formally evaluate by trainers regarding trainee performance through regular intervals during the program, get proper reviews, and help candidates build strengths in their key areas.

Eligibility Criteria

Education: Fresh Graduates holding Bachelors/master's degree in CS, IT, Information Security,Software Engineering and Mass Communication recognized by HEC or International Graduate .
CGPA: Minimum 2.5 or 70% Marks required
Age: Maximum 26 (At the time of recruitment)
