Minimum 5 years of experience as a principal in a well reputed English Medium School
Fully conversant with all academic/administrative requirements of running a high achieving school at Matric and O-Level/A-Level

Experience of all financial operations at institutional level
Must be familiar with new technology trends in teaching; e-learning/distance learning Ability to manage active and effective communication with students, parents and general public
Ability to attract, motivate and retain self-motivated faculty and staff
Must possess proficiency in written & spoken
