We are a media house located at Zamzama Dha Phase 5, looking for a Assistant Manager Admin.

Location: Karachi

Salary: Rs 40000/- to Rs 60000/- per month

The Responsibilities include:

Supervising day-to-day operations of the office and staff members.
Handling of Petty Cash and Cash in Hand with daily reporting to Head of Finance
Bank runs, general office runs for maintenance work.
Working with accounting and management team to set budgets including utilities, daily consumables, office supplies and production.
Working on excel sheets to organize and provide reports to management
Monitoring daily office operations such as meetings and events.
Data management, filtering and organizing of media files, photo and video
Must have hands-on experience in Basic Computer knowledge of MS Office, Hardware and other software to troubleshoot remotely with Head office.
