We’re looking for enthusiastic TSR/ CSR for our domestic Campaign – for Lahore Office

Responsibilities:

Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
Responding promptly to customer inquiries
Communicating with customers through various channels (calls/ chat)
Acknowledging and resolving customer queries regarding product
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and queries
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support

Requirements:

Has proven background in Telemarketing Domain
Strong communication skills English (spoken, listening and writing)
Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
Proficient in MS Office.
Ability to work in night shift
Experience working with customer support/ Tele sales would be plus.
