We are building our client servicing team in Pakistan. You'll be working on a daily basis with a world-class team of Digital Strategists based in the US.
We’re looking for an experienced DevOPS Engineer with experience in deploying customized container-based solutions and managing automation and scripting for hundreds of servers.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the specified role:
Responsibilities:
- Research the best stack options for our use cases
- Create automation scripts and images for container deployments
- Monitor instances and take proactive action on alerts
- Optimize instances for maximum performance
- Help customers troubleshoot errors on their websites
- Test our hosting environment/stack leading plugins and their updates to ensure compatibility
Requirements:
- Experience with Linux & BASH Scripting
- Experience with Databases (MySQL/MariaDB)
- Managing/Installation of Web Servers (Nginx/Apache)
- Configuration Management and Deployment (Ansible, Chef or Puppet)
- Hands on with Continuous Monitoring Solution (Nagios, Zabbix etc)
- Knowledge of at least one Cloud Platform (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Proficient in scripting and Git & Git Workflows
