What we need:

We are looking for a full-time Website Project Coordinator with an eye for design and a strong ability to lead/keep projects on track.
We build 14-day websites so your goal is to hit this each and every time.
You will not be developing the sites yourself, but coordinating the builds after the initial intake to quality assurance before the site launches.
A large part of this job will also be centered around client communication and ensuring projects stay within scope. Strong written skills are required.
We already have the processes in place to be successful, but we’re always excited to bring people who have new ideas and ways to improve overall efficiency in the workflow.
You will also be ensuring our support tickets within the website department are being addressed and completed by our development team.

Experience Needed:

Proficient in Wordpress & Elementor (basics like knowing how to update content)
Experience with design (graphic design, artistry, web design)
Experience in managing website projects with an understanding of core design components
Ability to determine technical requirements of site builds
Ability to monitor and manage web team and process efficiently
Ability to manage client expectations/communication and meet deadlines set
Ability to perform high-level quality assurance across platforms
Excellent problem-solving skills to guide developers and internal team
Knowledge of latest conversion optimization design and user experience
Accepts ownership of the website management process and looks for new opportunities to improve the overall process.

Requirements to Apply:

3-5 examples of websites you have worked on as the project manager/designer
Ability to work in our PK office from the hours of 5 pm -1 am (once lockdown restrictions are lifted).
Ability to work from home with a fast and stable internet connection while working time restrictions apply.
