ThinkDone Solutions is a growing software solution-providing company located in Lahore. We are looking to hire a Recruitment Officer who has experience of at least 1 year.

Job Description:

Proven work experience in Technical Recruitment
Responsible for end-to-end recruitment cycle
Develop Job Ads & Post on different social media
Keeping track of all applicants & Scheduling Interviews
Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems
Marketing of company events on social media
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management
Sound knowledge of human resources theories, principles, and practices
Knowledge of full life cycle recruiting and stages
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of recruitment portals like Rozee. Indeed, LinkedIn etc.
