We are looking for a Assistant Manager Social Media Marketing who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, has ideas with a strategic edge and analytical skills.

Main responsibilities include design and implement social media strategy for all Clients’ social media platforms and manage and optimize all digital campaigns.

The right candidate should possess both strong creative (from writing to design) and analytical skills (ads management), while having the ability to ensure consistency in brand image.

Key Requirements :

Experience as a social media specialist or similar position
Excellent critical thinking, interpersonal, communication, time-management and problem-solving skills
Ability to use social media for impressions and brand awareness
Excellent knowledge of social media platforms including Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook
Understanding of social media KPIs, web traffic metrics and SEO
Experience doing buyer persona and audience research
Familiarity with publishing and web design.
Overseas social media accounts management
Develops engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages
Coordinates social media messaging with advertising departments, brand managers, and quarterly or seasonal company goals
Manages social media team members, including copywriters and other content creators, by overseeing their work and offering guidance or direction
Audits and analyses social media presences, including digital advertising costs and returns
Analyses social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement
Interviews, hires, and trains social media team members
Works with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages
Monitors and develops reports on competitor activity within social media spaces.
