Position: Estimator / Proposal Creator

We are looking to hire an estimator for creating proposals and estimates for roof repair and replacement projects.

Full Time (minimum 40 hours per week)

Hours of operation: TBD

Duties:

  • Sketch out the roof on a potential client's house using a sketching software
  • Generate estimates using the data from the sketch report
  • Input Estimated numbers into the proposal template
  • Email proposals presenting these estimates
  • Generate estimates for repairs based on cost and labour

Job Requirements

  • Track record of high achievements in academics or sports
  • Must be computer savvy and able to learn new software quickly.
  • Self-motivated and able to take initiative on tasks
  • Extremely organized and constantly looking to improve existing operations by making it more efficient while maintaining effectiveness
  • A quick learner
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment
  • Responsible and punctual
  • Able to meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in English, Urdu, and Punjabi
  • Able to work alone and on a team
  • Conflict resolution skills

Compensation plan:

·       Base Salary:

·       30,000 PKR
