A flourishing IT Company is looking for a Human Resources Generalist who enjoys variety, is excited about supporting employee relations, likes finding the perfect candidate, and is eager to develop her/his career.
• Develop and maintain employee relations, advise managers on ways to build and maintain solid teams, conduct surveys, and exit interviews and make recommendations.
• Coordinate on-boarding, facilitate orientation, and work with managers on development plans.
• Communicate policies and procedures and conveys changes as necessary.
• Responsible for benefits administration.
• Responsible for the full cycle of recruitment, from job postings, applicant tracking, pre screening, interviewing, and preparing employment offers.
• Ability to quickly build relationships with employees and managers, strong problem solving, negotiation and conflict management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment, manage time effectively, and work with competing priorities.
• Experience developing and implementing HR programs and procedures.
• Must have leadership skills and the ability to motivate people.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with email, word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software is a must.

• Undergraduate degree in Human Resources or certificate in Human Resources or an equivalent combination of education and experience (minimum of 3-5 years of experience)
