Assistant Manager IT

Together Consulting looking for an Asst. Manager IT who will be responsible for planning and execution of online web portal / software management system. Who will also be responsible to ensure the operations of deployed hardware and installed systems at Together and to arrange such IT solutions/ Programs which may be required for smooth functioning and operations of project.

Responsibilities:

To manage, supervise and implement online monitoring management system at all offices.
Responsible to monitor the installation of hardware and software.
Supervise the time to time modification /customization of software.
Responsible to define and implement the SOPs and protocols for safety and security of data and servers.
Responsible to mapping of process flows of systems.
Responsible for system implementation of record, inventory and equipment.
Responsible to the implementation of any suitable software to address all the operations of the project i.e. human resource, finance, inventory etc.
To helps and coordinate with team members in removing the bottlenecks and hindrances in project implementation or network connectivity if and when needed.
To manage all kind of hardware and software installed in the office and field.
Performing routine audits of systems and software.
Troubleshoot issues related to software connectivity.
Responsible to troubleshoot all software & hardware which are being used currently in office.
Any other assignment given by the top management.
Testing and evaluating new technology.
Conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
Develops and maintains emergency plans to address equipment, power, or security failure to ensure preservation of technology and data
Has a thorough understanding of available technology and researches to learn about innovative solutions and new releases

Database Management

Responsible for data processing.
Keeping database updated and helps in improving the efficiency of database
Monitoring database performance and entry procedures
Writing reports, documentation, and operating manuals
Preventive maintenance is an allocated time that data files are updated on the system

Requirements:

At least Bachelor’s degree in IT.
4-5 years of working experience in a dynamic environment.
Experience with using Microsoft administration tools and Active Directory
Experience with Microsoft IIS Experience with systems monitoring, log consolidation and alerting
