TOGETHER is looking for an HR & Admin Manager to manage the company’s recruiting, learning, and development of employees’ performance programs and administrative tasks.

  • Create referral programs and oversee the hiring processes.
  • Make strategic decisions for the company so that we hire, develop and retain qualified employees.
  •  Prepare job descriptions, post ads on various channels to search pool of candidates.
  •  Assist with the recruitment process by identifying potential candidates and issuing employment contracts. 
  •  Ensure due diligence process of the candidate regarding professional background and reference checks.
  • Maintain digital and electronic records of employees.
  •  Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
  • Serve as a point of contact with benefit vendors and administrators.
  • Ensure that Human Resource files and records are maintained in accordance with legal requirements, company policies, and procedures.
  • Respond to queries internally and externally on hiring.
  • Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activities.
  • Oversee the completion of compensation and benefit documentation.
  •   Prepare assessments of employees on a monthly, quarterly, and annually basis.
  •  In timely repair & maintenance of equipment & assets while maintaining its record.
  • Liaison with local and government sectors i.e. LESCO, WASA, EOBI, PESSI, etc.
  •  Liaison with potential vendors following the proper procurement process.
  •  Responsibly opening and closing of the office.
  • Purchase of stationery, office grocery, and other miscellaneous items and its proper distribution according to the defined requisition approval procedure.
  • Supervision of office boys and other janitorial staff.
  • Responsible for the office security and monitoring of CCTV cameras.
  • Compile, purchase and maintain monthly requisition.

Job Requirements:

  • To be successful in this role, you should have an extensive background in Human Resource Department. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and related (MBA in HRM is preferred). 
  • 4-5 Years relevant experience as an HR and Admin Manager (essential). 
  • Must be familiar with Labor Laws and Human Resource policies and procedures.
  • Full understanding of HR and Admin functions and best practices. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Able to manage the Payroll of the organization.
  • Able to handle miscellaneous outdoor assignments
  • Able to manage schedules/deadlines and achieve targets within the timeline.
  • Works well under pressure and meets deadlines. 
  • Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related business and communication tools.
  • Self-Motivated, problem-solver, and having dispute resolution skills. 
  • Able to make strong and immediate decisions and convincing skills.
