Together is a consultancy firm with offices in Lahore, Karachi and Islamabad working with the Boards of Non-profits.
We are providing you the opportunity to undertake career in Social Enterprise development in Lahore.
We are looking for an HR Executive to manage our company’s regional office’s recruiting, training & development and employee performance programs.
HR Executive responsibilities include creating referral programs and overseeing our hiring processes.
To be successful in this role, you should have an extensive background in Human Resources department.
Ultimately, you will make strategic decisions for our company so that we hire, develop and retain qualified employees.

Job Description

Assist the managers with hiring procedures,
Screening and forwarding the CVs to the Manager for the final selection.
Scheduling & conducting interviews and coordinating all relating activities.
Making job offers, and initiating new hire documents needed.
Check applicant references and send the feedback to the Management
Update the concerned department regarding the joining date of the candidates.
Assist in new hire orientation, development, and training course.
Ensures that Human Resource files and records are maintained in accordance with legal requirements and company policies and procedures.
Generates periodical reports on Hiring Status on the recruitment
Replies to queries internally and externally on hiring
Coordinates with News Papers, Journals and other Advertising agencies for the advertisement of job openings
Carries out all other duties and functions as directed by the HR Manager
