Job Description
HELP (Health Education & Livelihood Promoters) is a not-for-profit, working for the community development of poor people in different districts of Balochistan, specifically coal-mine areas.
Since its foundation, HELP has a special focus on raising living standards of deprived communities of Balochistan living in far-flung barren areas by providing them basic life facilities like free health care, clinical mobile service, accessibility of clean drinking water, and education.
We require services of young and energetic sales team (Male & Female) for our Karachi Office.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Target achievement and ensuring accomplishment with team.
- Mapping market for resource development (Fund Raising).
- Working on sponsor’s for different activities.
- Smooth operations (implementation, feedback and success) regarding campaigns.
Finding new donors/ markets (segments) corporate, trader, individual.
- Meeting with existing and prospective donors.
- Adherence to systems and Rules & Regulations.
- Daily planning and related system implementation for smooth sales.
- Daily meeting with sales team and managers.
