We are Hiring,

Investment Associate / Consultant / Project Sales Consultant / Real Estate Advisor.
Topline marketing (pvt) ltd., a well know name in the real estate marketing sectors is now hiring for the post of investment associate consultant.
Due to our continues growth and project expansions we are looking for experienced professional who can join our hands to be the part of our company.
The applicant shortlisted for this vacancy will be responsible for selling project, giving demonstrations,
conducting site visits, and closing deals. Further, he/she will be responsible for effectively
communicating project sales offers, following up with clients to mature deals, professionalism (and
keeping them updated on their chosen property), renegotiating property prices with buyers where
needed, and defining project KPIs to expedite individual performance levels.
Minimum qualification:
Bachelor Degree
(bachelor’s in business administration (BBA) with specialization in marketing) will be preferred.

Skills/Experience:

proven Experience of 06 month to 1 year in Sales/marketing (Mandatory)
Time-Management, excellent Communication Skills, Sales Reports, Microsoft office
