Topline Marketing (Pvt) Ltd., a well know name in the real estate marketing sectors is now hiring for the post of Investment Associate Consultant/Investment Associate / Project Sales Consultant / Real Estate Advisor.
- Due to our continues growth and project expansions we are looking for experienced professional who can join our hands to be the part of our company to boost sales volume.
- The applicant shortlisted for this vacancy will be responsible for selling project, giving demonstrations,
- Conducting site visits, and closing deals. Further, he/she will be responsible for effectively
- communicating project sales offers, following up with clients to mature deals, professionalism (and
- Keeping them updated on their chosen property), renegotiating property prices with buyers where needed, and defining project KPIs to expedite individual performance levels.
Education/Specialization:
Bachelor Degree in business administration (BBA) with specialization in marketing) will be preferred.
Skills/Experience:
- Proven Experience of 06 month to 01 Year in Sales/Marketing (Mandatory)
- Background experience in Real Estate
- Time-Management, Excellent Communication Skills, Sales Reports, Microsoft Office
