Hiring Sales Executive

We are hiring Sales Executive for our company Topline Marketing Pvt Ltd, the ideal candidate should have to;

Conduct market research to identify new real estate buying and selling possibilities and evaluate customer need
Strictly abide by the rules and policies of the organization
Maintain relationships with real estate clients by providing support, information and guidance, researching and recommending new opportunities
Set up meetings with potential real estate clients
Resolve customer problems as needed, in coordination with management if required
Achieve monthly or weekly targets
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking

Skills and Requirements;

Intermediate or Graduate
Fresh or 1 year of experience working in a business role.
Good knowledge about the real estate sector.
Excellent verbal communication skills with clients.
Knowledge of the sales process.
Great selling skills
