Looking for young, motivated, dedicated, self-starter individuals with a dynamic personality who are looking to grow with the company and willing to perform and take ownership. Individuals must be team players & able to complete assigned tasks daily in a timely manner. Candidate must have proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

The job role of Merchandiser is to execute and monitor all merchandising functions including order management, shipping, Production and Quality controls.

Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Communicate and coordinate internally and externally for inventory fills.
Analyze sales figures, customer reactions, and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product ranges/stock.
Collaborate with buyers, suppliers, distributors, and analysts to negotiate prices, quantities, and time scales.
Monitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, clearouts, etc.
Ensuring an appropriate order flow with compliance to organizational policies.
Monitoring and evaluation of all orders and sales processes as well as preparation of order reports.
Ensure effective execution and monitoring activities related to orders shipping.
Preparing orders sheet.
Remain up to date with the industry’s best practices.
Must know Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoints.
Must speak and write in English.
Should follow the procedures, and well-integrated with office colleagues.
Must be serious and focus on achieving daily tasks and goals.

Employment Benefits:

Starting salary 20,000 - 35,000 Pkr / month based on interview

Working hrs are from 7:30 PM to 5:30 AM, Monday through Saturday, 6 days a week (may change with daylight saving). Ramadan timings may differ.

Individuals must be ready and willing to work long hours on holidays and weekends if required.

Only Eid holidays are given, no other holidays.
