Touchpoint leadership team needs a motivated, results-driven Accounts Support Executive

Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. (BS CS / B.Tech)

Experience:

Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience, Fresh candidates can also apply

Technical Skills:

Experience under the supervision of technical professionals.
Capable to handle clients
Resolves ATM complaints remotely within defined period (Training will be given)
Demonstrated proficiency and expertise with personal computers and Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint) or similar software.

Other Job Qualifications:

· Good Interpersonal skills

Must be able to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities.
Able to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings as needed or assigned.
Travels by air as required
