We are looking for an International Export Manager who will work in a commercially strategic way from the region of Pakistan.

Administer all export of goods and ensure compliance with all organizational policies and procedures
Monitor all financial and currency processes and transactions
Produce sales contract and proforma invoice after a deal has been finalised with the customer
Manage and stay updated on documents required for export
Design and implement all export strategies and activities by ensuring adherence to all project requirements and prepare all export documents (Original and Drafts) within the required timeframe
Freight pricing/Consolidation/operations/Documentation
Ability to handle Shipping lines, logistics, and Freight Forwarders Network
Schedule efficient shipping activities and identify appropriate transportation in assistance with customers
Ensure compliance with all export objectives and collaborate with sales manager to prepare a budget for projects
Coordinate with management and plan participation in all trade shows
Assist the business to design efficient distributing strategies for customers and ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
Evaluate all reports submitted by sales staff and recommend appropriate changes if required and maintain all operational records to prepare all project sales
Establish profitability in an organization and provide training for all sales and services programs
Monitor all existing and prospective markets worldwide and assist to identify appropriate business opportunities and review all company products and develop and maintain professional relationships with all agents and clients
Be responsible for the shipment of warehouse products worldwide
Prepare an effective business plan for all projects to achieve the required product volume and profit
Monitor all specific transactions of all international customers for import-export shipments.· Review all customer response for all orders and payments and resolve all customer issues for processes
Manage sales shipments of all export products and collaborate with suppliers to ensure the smooth functioning of processes and forecast all requirements
Provide training to all export team and perform an assessment of all work and assist to achieve all export objectives and develop and maintain professional relationships with all clients and perform regular communication with all staff and clients.
Manage all banking logistics/charges for export activities
