We, Toyota Creek Motors, are looking for a Project Liaison Officer/supervisor for one of our contracts with a reputed NGO in connection with the management of automobile workshops (located in Thatts, Sajawal, Bathoro and Gharo) for vehicle maintenance.

The job objective shall be to bring transparency among the stakeholders by clear communication / documentation and use of reporting through TCRM propriety software.

The job will require you:

to understand and comprehend the requirement, terms and conditions of the contract;
to attend to the calls of stakeholder even after office-hours;
to enter data in TCRM propriety software;
to submit custom reporting to stakeholder in the form and manner as they require;
to analyses requirement of the entity using ambulances in the context of validity and to approve or disallow and communicate reasons for not approving any service request;
to manage the team of technicians and other staff;
to purchase and keep track of items purchased;
to visit Karachi office of TCRM and/or the NGO for resolution of issues and/or other communication;
Interest and information about automobiles will be an added advantage.
