Senior Software Engineer

We, a 3S Dealership, are looking for a Senior Software Engineer (full stack developer) to join our team engaged in the development of proprietary ERP aims towards simplifying processes and implementing controls based on collective organizational experience as well as intelligent data analyses algorithms.

The team had been working under the guidance of the project head who is based in UAE and has developed basic screens and functionalities. To get through the next leap, the team now needs an experienced on-site Senior Software Engineer to better guide them in designing and implementing a modular and adaptive service-based enterprise platform in line with the organizational mission of quality, scalability, performance and function.

Responsibilities:

Work with system architects to contribute to high-level technical designs
Produce consistent, high quality code by following industry best practices
Leverage automation across processes, especially testing
Work to continuously advance your professional and technical skill set
Carry out root cause analysis on defects; ensure fixes are happening in the right way
Manage software risk; balance priorities; go above and beyond the call of duty
Cope with work pressures and deadline and timely report progress
