Channel Head - Mass Retail

He / she will be responsible for product improvements by remaining updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
He /she will also be responsible to manage customer expectations; create a culture of success, goal achievement and manage the sales teams, operations and resources to deliver profitable growth.
