Devising ways to optimize inventory control procedures
Develop business strategies
Store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
Inspecting the levels of business supplies and raw material to identify shortages
Ensuring product stock is adequate for all distribution channels and can cover direct demand from customers
Responsible for planning, directing and overseeing the operations
Place orders to replenish stock avoiding insufficiencies or excessive surplus
Report on buying trends, selling trends, profits etc
Develop inventory related bench marks and get approval on and then ensure compliance by implementing that bench marks i.e. inventory levels, inventory days etc
Collaborate with warehouse employees and other staff to ensure business goals are met
Deal with all issues that arise from staff related to operations
Approve vouchers for Main store and sub store in ERP
